Can't find what you're looking for? We're always happy to talk it through.

An Independent Nurse Consultant is an experienced registered nurse who works directly for you — not for a hospital, provider or organisation. CHNSS provides independent clinical guidance, care coordination and advocacy to help you understand your options and navigate complex health, aged care and disability systems with confidence.

No referral is required. Individuals, families, carers and professionals can all reach out directly. We're equally happy to work alongside your GP, specialists and existing providers as part of a coordinated team.

It's a relaxed, confidential conversation about your situation. We listen, help you make sense of your options, and outline how independent nurse-led support could help. There's no obligation and no pressure — the goal is simply for you to feel more informed.

CHNSS is independent. We help you understand and navigate the NDIS and My Aged Care systems, coordinate supports and prepare for assessments and reviews, but we are not employed by or aligned to any single provider — so our guidance stays focused on you.

Not at all. CHNSS complements your existing care. We coordinate and advocate alongside your GP, specialists, allied health and support providers to make sure everyone is working towards the same goals.

Yes. We welcome referrals from hospitals, GPs, allied health professionals, NDIS support coordinators and community organisations. Stronger partnerships mean better outcomes for the people we support together.

CHNSS supports individuals and families across Queensland. Consultations can be arranged in a way that suits your circumstances — please get in touch to discuss what works best for you.
